Hey! My name is Leslie Alexandra a.k.a Lexy . I’m first generation Nicaraguan - American, born & raised in South Central Los Angeles.
Throughout my life, I have lived in many culturally diverse cities such as LA, Miami, NYC, and now Dallas and have experienced various life challenges and career paths that have given me a great amount of skill sets which include leading, coaching, and motivating others to achieve more in their life and careers.
My love for helping others, culture, community, and diversity has driven me to always want to learn & experience different spaces to gain a broader perspective & insight. I love to travel & completely immerse myself when I do. I also love to volunteer for social causes & be part of organizations that empower women, BIPOC, and underrepresented communities.
What I love paired with my passion for helping those from underprivileged communities is what inspired me to start Causa Y Cultura. It's my way of advocating for social issues through creating wearables and content that amplify voices and issues by making a statement.
